Recurring Maid Service

*Rates are based on frequency of service and square feet cleaned. This means you will receive the list of deliverables below every visit, regardless of technician’s speed. Same service, same price every visit.
*$130.00 Minimum
*Technicians are trained to calculate square feet. If needed, this will be done on your initial clean.

$0.09/sq ft weekly
$0.11/sq ft bi-weekly

ALL CLEANED AREAS 

  • Floor Surfaces vacuumed, swept and/or mopped (as far as can be reached without moving furniture) 
  • Horizontal Surfaces dusted 
  • Baseboards dusted 
  • Mirrors and Glass Fixtures dusted and polished 
  • Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures (within reach) dusted 
  • Window Interiors polished 
  • Blinds and Windowsills dusted 
  • Picture Tops dusted 
  • Light Switches hand wiped 
  • Knickknacks dusted 
  • Door Frames hand wiped 
  • Doorknobs hand wiped 
  • Vents dusted 
  • Stairs vacuumed or swept

LIVING ROOMS and BEDROOMS 

  • TVs dusted and polished 
  • Pillows, Throw Blankets staged 
  • Beds made (for clean sheets, please place clean set on bed)  

BATHROOMS 

  • Shower washed (within reach)
  • Sink washed 
  • Toilet washed and sanitized 
  • Garbage Can emptied, waste taken to exterior cans, relined 

KITCHEN 

  • Sink emptied, dishwasher loaded up and started (up to one load)
  • Counters and Sink washed 
  • Appliance Exteriors Wiped: Refrigerator (including top), stove (including hood), oven, dishwasher, toaster (including crumb tray), other appliances left out 
  • Microwave wiped inside and out 
  • Table wiped 
  • Garbage Can emptied, waste taken to exterior cans, relined 
  • Cabinet Exteriors spot wiped 
Hire a Maid

Recurring clients can upgrade to a Deep Clean for $0.06 additional per sq ft. Your technician would then (in addition to above deliverables)

  • Kitchen and Bathrooms particular attention to build-up 
  • Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures (within reach with 2-step ladder) hand washed in place
  • Blinds hand washed 
  • Doors hand washed 
  • Baseboards hand washed (reachable without moving furniture) 
  • Vents hand washed in place
  • Pictures and Knick Knacks hand washed 
  • Uncluttered Shelves hand washed
