We are proud to lead the industry in reliability-and in employee fulfillment.

Clean Slate Maids

Origin Story

It all began with good ol' boy Tim - a single dad with five kids, a strong work ethic, and hands that knew how to build. He launched Clean Slate Concierge, offering all kinds of services. But as the company grew, the gaps showed: Tim lived three hours from headquarters, the services were scattered, and there were no solid systems. He knew he needed a partner.

Enter Elizabeth. One night, Tim was inexplicably jolted awake - and spotted the resume of a VP of Operations applying... for a cleaning technician position. Plot twist. Tim knew this was the answer he'd been praying for.

After six months deep in the maid service trenches, Elizabeth knew too: they could build something better. Something designed to take care of both technicians and clients. Her first move as CEO? Hire a CFO, Dominick. Together, they held onto their top-performing technician, Alexis - and gave the business its own clean slate. Clean Slate Maids was born.

Built on intentionality, Clean Slate Maids delivers hassle-free, unprecedented reliability - for technicians and clients alike. We were maid for this.

Workday

Workday Mindset & Scheduling

Your workday is 9 AM to 6 PM. The office's job is to fill your schedule - sometimes even adding jobs last minute - because that's how we maximize your earnings and support the team.

Some days, co-workers may run into delays and need backup. Being part of this team means staying open and ready to help until the end of the workday.

Once you've checked out of your last scheduled job, no additional work will be added without your agreement. Once you're on your way home, the choice is fully yours.

At Work

Company Property

You'll be assigned Clean Slate Maids property to use while you work here.

Keep it in good shape. When you leave, return it.

At Work

Dress & Personal Appearance

Show up neat, clean, and in a fresh uniform each day (dry shampoo is magic)

We'll give you five full uniforms to make that easy.

No tobacco smell on you during work hours or company time - sorry, gang.

Avoid strong odors or perfumes (lots of people are sensitive). Essential oils are fine.

At Work

Smoking Policy

No smoking anywhere on client property (assume cameras everywhere).

Vaping between jobs is okay but not on client property. Some people are still sensitive and remember... cameras.

At Work

Cellphone Use

Only use your phone in client homes for work calls, texts, or emergencies. Even though most of our clients are buying a list completed with excellence and not "time" there is still a natural stigma around "they were on their phone and so not doing an excellent job" Just keep calls and texts that are not work related to between jobs.

Don't take photos unless it's for a rate check - and only send them to the office.

Don't post on social media about client homes, even anonymously. We are honored to be trusted in their most private space; we protect that trust.

Trust

Confidentiality

Protect the privacy of the company, your coworkers, and our clients. That means no sharing someone else's personal info,

At Work

Workplace Etiquette

Don't use client belongings, ask clients for favors, or bring anyone (even waiting in the car) to a client's home.

Need help? Ask Clean Slate Maids or a friend - not a client. We are there to make their lives easier.

No negative talk. When working as a team, remember anything you talk about is likely being overhead, so make it uplifting. This is a good policy for life.

Company

Conflict of Interest

If you believe in Clean Slate Maids, stay fully with us and don't take outside cleaning work.

If you're offered side work, refer it to us - we'll happily assign it to you when possible.

Company

Resignation

If you choose to leave, please give at least 2 weeks' notice (4 is even better). You are important and it takes time to replace you. To find the right person and to train them.

Company

Communication

Great communication is how we thrive. Your ideas and input matter - we count on you to help us improve.

If you hear complaints, assume the best - and help bring it into the light. Also, don't hesitate to report anything you think may be harmful.

Clean Slate Maids

Final Thought

We have your back. You have your coworkers' back. We all have Clean Slate Maid's back.

That's how we all stay cared for.
